  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes. I am based in Europe and I ship worldwide! If you don't see your country in the list of countries at the checkout, email me and you can buy the item outside of Storenvy directly from me via Paypal, it's no problem.

  • How do I pay?

    Here on Storenvy I accept Paypal payments, but i think Storenvy accepts other forms of payment and converts it for me.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    I try to ship within a week but it may take me up to 2 weeks depending on my health - i am a chronically ill person and do everything myself.
    My experience with shipping to the US is that it usually takes 1-2 weeks to reach the recipient.
    For Europe, usually a week.
    Other places anywhere from a week to a month.
    But please keep in mind there are delays outside of my control sometimes - just keep an eye on the tracking number i emailed you. And please double check the address you gave me!
    All of my mailed artworks so far have reached the recipient. Sometimes they get returned because of a faulty address or the recipient didn’t pick up the parcel from the post office - in that case you will have to pay for shipping again because the returned mail postage gets charged to me when i get it back.
